Caroline Hughes and her boyfriend Tim Ryan along with other survivors (Benjamin Walker,Selena Walker,Holly O'Tool,Ethan Earney,Matt Keitt,Irma Gabrielli,Zoey Stack and Steve Plath) get stuck in an elevator.Caroline has a vision of the elevator crashing and rescues everyone.But soon the survivors start dying in gory ways in the order they would have died in the elevator.
Plot[]
After saving everyone from the elevator crash Caroline and Tim warn everyone that death is after them.The group forms groups of two survivors:Benjamin and Selena;Holly and Ethan;Matt and Irma,Zoe and Steve and Tim and Caroline.Holly and Ethan visit a spa center.Ethan gives Holly a massage.A vase knocks down a bowling ball and crushes Ethan's head.Holly leaves the spa center in horror and all covered in Ethan's blood.She gets lost in the forest.A storm starts and a thunder ignites one car on fire right before Holly's eyes.A tree is hit by a thunder and falls crushing Holly.Caroline hears the news about Ethan and Holly's deaths.She realizes Irma is next and tries to save her from death but she dies after a car crash.Tim saves Zoey from her death after she nearly slips on a soap in her bathroom.Caroline saves Benjamin from falling down the mall's stairs.Selena gets stuck in an elevator and it crashes killing her.Matt saves himself from being decapitated by two swords in a museum.Tim saves himself from getting electrocuted by a electric fence.Caroline nearly falls down an escalator but is saved by Tim.Caroline and Tim collect the survivors in a warehouse.A nail gun shoots nails through Steve's body killing him instantly.Zoey gets impaled by a forklift.Tim saves Benjamin from a falling brick.Matt falls from the roof and is bisected by a glass pane.Tim and Caroline run away from the warehouse and it collapses killing Benjamin inside.1 week later Caroline and Tim are driving through a forest in Arizona.Caroline crashes her car in a tree and it falls on the car.Tim dies in the crash.Caroline gets off the car and is smashed by a falling airplane wing.
