Nobody escapes death!
Jake Lanter and his girlfriend Amanda Sadlowski are invited to a birthday party by Alicia Robinson who turns 18.They meet her friends Paul Chadwell ,Felix Cooper ,Kelly Lochmann ,Phoebe Arenberg ,Dahlia Smith and George Smith.After drinking too much the group goes to a local casino to play russian roulette.Jake has a vision of the casino collapsing after an earthquake and killing everyone.He evacuates the group but shortly they die in strange ways.
Story[]
After the evacuation Phoebe receives an anonymous letter.The letter says she will die soon but she doesn't believe that.On the other day she receives a phone call from anonymous male voice that she is going to die.Shortly after Phoebe's window is broken with a rock.She goes outside to investigate the area and another rock kills her by hitting her on the head.Jake hears about Phoebe's death and panics.He is taken to a hospital and Amanda looks after him in the hospital room.Paul dies next after a billboard crushes him.Amanda learns that death has a plan to kill everyone in the order they would've died in the casino.Amanda also learns that Dahlia is next to die and tells Alicia to keep an eye on her.Dahlia finds the bodies of Phoebe and Paul in her garbage can and she hears footsteps.She starts running and soon meets Alicia who shoots the person who followed Dahlia realizing it was her brother George.Dahlia is saved from her death for now but the list keeps going.Jake leaves the hospital to help the survivors and saves Felix from drowning in a pool.Jake and Amanda research the order of the deaths and realize the order:Phoebe,Paul,Dahlia,George,Felix,Kelly,Jake,Amanda and last is Alicia.They also research the flight 180 and Alex Browning's premonition of the plane crash.Jake and Amanda inform Kelly that she will die.Kelly doesn't believe them and seconds later she gets decapitated by a katana falling from a shelf.Alicia saves Jake and Amanda from explosion in a gas station.Alicia is killed by a motorcycle.Jake saves Dahlia from falling down from a bridge.A car explosion incinerates Felix killing him.
Finale[]
1 month later Dahlia,Amanda and Jake meet at a casino to play russian roulette again.Dahlia loses and is forced to kill herself with the gun.The casino collapses killing Jake and Amanda.
