Kristen's death in "From Past to Future," happens when she is getting a ride from Kevin. As they drive along the highway, a car driving in the opposite direction runs into their lane, crashing into a fire hydrant. Kevin slams to a halt when it happens to avoid hitting the car, causing Kristen to smash her head through the passenger window. The water spraying from the hydrant obscures Kevin's view of the road preventing him from seeing the semi that drives into Kristen's head, brutally decapitating her.
